Our Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
Note on Personalized & Customized Items: Based on our product offerings, personalized License Plates and custom Embroidered Dad Caps are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Product name and quantity you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Further guidance for your specific return

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please include:

  • All original packaging and materials
  • The return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return:

Refund Information

Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:
