We offer two convenient shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
    Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather delays.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items:

Based on our product offerings, personalized License Plates and custom Embroidered Dad Caps are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

  • Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)
  • Refund Method: Original payment method

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

  • Product name and quantity you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions and return address

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

  • All original packaging and materials
  • The return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package

Exchanges
