Note: Personalized items (License Plates and custom Embroidered Dad Caps) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective due to their custom nature.

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Shipping

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Shipping options include:

• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy includes:

Return Window

15 days from the delivery date for non-personalized items in unused condition with original packaging and tags.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized License Plates and custom Embroidered Dad Caps are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return
3. Wait for authorization and instructions from our team
4. Ship the item back with the return authorization number clearly marked

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective or Damaged Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement.
